 Хочу рассказать вам о своей недавней поездке, в качестве эксперта-строителя, на один из многочисленных в Подмосковье коттеджных поселков....
Ну вот вкратце и все минусы с которыми придется столкнуться завтра моему заказчику и, возможно, Вам. Надо сказать честно, что в данном случае его никто не обманывает, просто не говорят всего и всей правды, но, к счастью, так себя ведут далеко не все девелоперы Подмосковья.

 Пожалуй, перечислил все сильные, и обратил Ваше внимание, на слабые стороны этого проекта. Старался быть объективным ко всему, что увидел и услышал. Все же это один из лучших девелоперских проектов на Дмитровском шоссе, если не брать в расчет самое главное...

 Если Вы хотите в ближайшие пару лет переехать жить за город, то покупать землю без подряда даже в частично застроенном коттеджном поселке точно не стоит. Итак, почему? Земля без подряда, в строящемся или частично построенном коттеджном поселке - самое дорогое предложение из существующих на рынке малоэтажного строительства.
